Better Productivity. Superior Results. Better World!
"What attracted me to C-Level Management was not merely helping companies succeed and thrive, but rather the extraordinary 'pay-it-forward' model that generates indisputable smiles on client's faces on top of the charitable organizations they support and the many lives that are touched and improved as an end result."

Bob Newkirk
Profitable Growth Architect
For over 20 years, Bob has provided leadership that fosters success based on creating an environment of respect, integrity, innovation and results for clients and partners. He excels at building value for organizations who desire a better bottom line and world. He is skillful at creating powerful messaging concepts and is highly adept at developing lucrative partnerships, strategic alliances and distribution networks. He operates as a collaborator with key organization leadership to build and ingrain a strategic approach to marketing, sales and business development -- ensuring revenue growth and profitability, increased market share and innovation.
To create sustainable value, he first evaluates the internal and external business environment to formulate a long-term vision and strategy and then creates a framework for the organization's effective implementation; making sense of complexity, spotting trends and patterns where others may have overlooked them, creating insights and deal flow through strategic planning, marketing, branding, positioning and messaging; focusing on ensuring delivery of exceptional experiences for customers and partners, crafting dynamic revenue models and unique selling propositions, mapping "best processes" and automating workflow to shorten time-to-revenue/partner/alliance/affiliate/campaign performance.
Bob stays in collaboration with the Southern California technology and business community through his involvement with several non-profit professional trade associations. He serves on the board of directors of TechBiz Connection in addition to serving on the Orange County Committee of the Technology Council. Along with his wife, Bob organized and chaired several H.E.A.R.T. (Holiday Event & Annual Roundup of Technologists) charitable events that congregated over ten technology associations and produced over $30,000 profit for Orange County's Habitat for Humanity Digital Bridge Project. When time permits, Bob enjoys yoga, boating, skiing, hiking, art, wine and smooth jazz.
