Improve Collaboration and Productivity by Extending Salesforce.com’s Built-in Email-to-Case

C-Level’s Advanced Email-to-Case improves communication on cases requiring multiple participants through email. All email communications relating to a case take place through an Organization Wide Email Address and automatically copies all participants listed in a case-specific distribution list.

- Route email messages to custom case distribution lists.
- Leverage Organization Wide Email Addresses for sending outbound messages automatically.
- View case history in one chronological page.
