Richard H. Kullman
For more than 25 years, Rich Kullman has provided strategic, financial, marketing, and business development expertise to B2B and B2C companies in consumer, high-tech, financial and other service industries. He has delivered strategic and hands-on management for Fortune 100 companies, consulting and business development services to large national enterprises and mid-market businesses, plus has served in executive roles at technology start-up companies. Rich has extensive knowledge of the business challenges and trends within the consumer packaged goods, high tech, financial services and software/applications industries.
His recent experience includes serving as Principal for Raintree Group, where he functions not only as a consultant but also in operating officer and other senior executive roles for client companies. In these roles he develops and executes strategic and tactical business, financial and marketing plans for ongoing operations and expansion. Prior to his role at Raintree Group, Rich was COO/CFO and Vice President of Business Management & Development for ImagerLabs, a high-tech fabless semiconductor firm that designs and produces very advanced visual imaging chips for commercial, medical, military and space applications. He has held corporate marketing positions for such leading organizations as Pillsbury Company's Jeno's, Inc., General Foods Corporation, Miller Brewing, and Green Giant, plus owned and operated an advertising/marketing, agency for over 15 years serving national clients.
Rich has his Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Technology/Computer Science from Bradley University, and earned his MBA in Marketing and Finance from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He serves as an advisor to start-up company executives and is volunteering his consulting expertise to help non-profit organizations improve management, productivity and performance.
